Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ConvoCX (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ConvoCX provides a unified messaging inbox that aggregates conversations from multiple communication channels, including but not limited to WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
ConvoCX offers multiple subscription tiers. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
We may change our fees with 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
5. Free Trial
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) through the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ConvoCX and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content you transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Twitter, etc.). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. ConvoCX is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONVOCX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConvoCX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
