Introducing ConvoCX — Every Conversation, One Inbox
ConvoCX is live. A unified messaging inbox that brings WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X into a single dashboard. Built for teams that talk to customers.
Why We Built ConvoCX
Every team managing customer conversations faces the same problem: context switching. Jumping between WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Instagram DMs, and Twitter to reply to customers is exhausting. Messages get missed. Customers wait. Your team burns time.
The tools that solve this — Intercom, Zendesk, Front — cost $50–$150 per seat per month. If you have a 5-person support team, that's a serious line item before you've sent your first reply.
On the other end, free single-channel tools like WhatsApp Business or Telegram Desktop don't scale. You end up with five different apps and no unified view of your customer conversations.
ConvoCX provides the middle ground: multi-channel, affordable, and simple enough that a 5-person team can set it up in minutes without a dev team.
What ConvoCX Does
ConvoCX connects your messaging channels into one unified inbox. Here's what you get at launch:

- Reply Composer — Reply to any channel from the same inbox. ConvoCX routes it to the right place.

How It Works
ConvoCX is built on Chatwoot, the open-source customer engagement platform (25,000+ GitHub stars). Chatwoot handles the heavy lifting of channel connectivity — WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, Meta Graph API, Twitter API — while ConvoCX provides a modern React dashboard, billing, onboarding, and user management on top.
The two services run as separate Docker containers communicating via REST API — a legally sound architecture that keeps ConvoCX's proprietary code clean and independent.
Who Is This For?
ConvoCX is built for small teams that talk to customers:
- Agency owners managing client social media and support across WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
- E-commerce founders fielding customer questions on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and email
- Support teams tired of switching between 5 apps to reply to inquiries
- Solopreneurs running a business solo, replying across 3+ platforms
Built by Bluespace Technology
ConvoCX is built by Bluespace Technology, a Nigerian marketing technology agency building open-source marketing infrastructure for African businesses and SMBs. We understand the needs of growing teams in emerging markets — which is why ConvoCX supports Naira billing (via Paystack) and targets Nigeria as the first market.
